Business Development Manager - KSA

Overview: 

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a keen understanding of the local market, strong leadership abilities, and a focus on results. You will work closely with senior management to shape the company’s expansion strategy and lead initiatives that position Noema as a key player in the financial services industry.


Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a new business development team focused on expanding Noema’s presence in Saudi Arabia

• Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in the area

• Provide senior management with market intelligence and recommendations to capitalize on growth opportunities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Saudi Arabia market

• Monitor the development of accurate sales forecasts and analyze data to monitor pipeline performance

• Lead negotiations with potential clients, securing contracts that align with the Noema’s goals and objectives

• Serve as a bridge between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects

• Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies to enhance Noema’s presence


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience within the financial services, banking, or technology sectors in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region

• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian financial landscape, including industry regulations and market dynamics

• Deep knowledge of ERP systems, Loan Origination processes, and Reporting within the financial services sector

• Fluency in both Arabic and English


Skills & Competencies:

• Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams

• Robust analytical and strategic thinking, allowing for the creation of effective business development plans

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Established network of connections within the Saudi financial services sector, which can be leveraged for business growth

• Familiarity with FinTech trends
