Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Ariba solutions for our client in Jeddah (onsite). This position is for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ariba modules, technical expertise in ERP integration, and the ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
SAP Ariba Implementation and Support:
• Implement and configure SAP Ariba modules, including:
o Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Guided Buying, Invoicing, and Catalogs.
o Sourcing: Competitive bidding and supplier collaboration.
o Contract Management: Contract creation, approval workflows, and repository management.
o Supplier Management: Supplier Lifecycle Management, Supplier Risk, and Supplier Performance.
o Spend Analysis: Data collection and analytics for procurement insights.
• Provide end-to-end project support, covering planning, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Business Process Analysis:
• Assess client requirements and align them with SAP Ariba capabilities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend industry best practices.
• Document current and future business processes to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide functional expertise and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective workflows.
Integration and Customization:
• Integrate SAP Ariba with backend systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA or other ERPs).
• Develop and configure workflows, reports, and custom solutions tailored to business needs.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency between SAP Ariba and integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during and after deployment.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• 4–7 years in SAP Ariba implementation and support.
Technical Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba modules and functionality.
• Proficiency in configuring Ariba workflows, approval hierarchies, and catalogs.
• Experience in integrating SAP Ariba with SAP and non-SAP ERP systems.
• Understanding of Ariba Network and its interaction with suppliers.
Certifications:
• SAP Ariba Certification in any module(s) (preferred).
