Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultants specializing in Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in implementation and support, along with SAP SF Certification (mandatory).
This role requires professional-level English communication skills, and Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage. Candidates with onsite experience and SAP HCM knowledge will have an edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SF Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding.
- Conduct business requirement analysis and configure SAP SF solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth system adoption.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP HCM.
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and new releases.
Key Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Mandatory) – Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing & Onboarding.
- 6+ years of experience in SAP SF implementation & support.
- Onsite implementation experience is required.
- Strong expertise in configuration, workflow automation, and business process mapping.
- Professional English language skills (written & spoken).
- Arabic language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with SAP HCM (added advantage).
- Ability to join within 30-45 days.
