Job Overview:
As a UI5/Fiori Consultant at Noema, you will play a crucial role in building and extending web applications, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for proactively participating in every step of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Additionally, you will provide UI/UX design guidance to improve usability and collaborate closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Write well structured, high quality code that is efficient and maintainable.
• Develop front-end web applications using JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3.
• Extend/debug existing web applications.
• Interact with customer counterpart and perform requirement gathering and analysis.
• Perform thorough unit, integration and e2e testing and ensure quality in every aspect of your work.
• Ability to write technical documentation and design documents.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in front-end web applications development.
• Knowledge of front-end stack like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong Knowledge/Experience with SAPUI5 framework.
• Fiori experience including OData and Rest APIs.
• Experience with custom UI5 apps.
• Solid understanding of OOP and software design patterns.
• Knowledge of browser testing and debugging.
• Understanding of responsive web design, fluid layouts.
• Knowledge of test automation and test-driven development (QUnit, OPA).
• Excellent communication and client facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.
• English proficiency is a must.
